WJM Inverness Supports Highland Business Growth Week

WJM’s Inverness office is playing its part in supporting Highland Business Growth Week.
In partnership with Fusion, WJM’s Angus MacLeod and Donna Seivewright are delivering a series of 1 to 1 Meet the Expert: Legal Advice sessions. Free to attend, the sessions offer 20 minutes legal advice to prospective, new and established businesses.
Donna starts the week off with sessions on the afternoon of Monday 24th February and Angus rounds the week off, delivering his sessions on Friday afternoon.

We’re delighted to be doing our bit to support Business Growth Week in the Highlands and Islands by making our legal and business expertise available to new and growing businesses. The team here at WJM are really looking forward to meeting new people with exciting ideas, and helping them make these ideas a reality. I’m sure that as much as we will impart some useful nuggets of legal wisdom, we’ll learn a lot ourselves from the other businesses attending Fusion’s events in February.”
Business Growth Week aims to shine a spotlight on the huge pool of small businesses in the Highlands and give them support to help them grow, develop or change their business. Economic activity is essential to keeping communities thriving in the Highlands and the fact that 27,500 people are classed as self employed in the Highlands and Islands area, 2.8% higher than the national Scottish average shows how important this sector is to the economy.

Business Growth Week will enable many more businesses to experience this support and to see the difference it can make. Business Growth Week includes one to one clinics, drop ins, coaching, training, workshops, lunches, networking and meet the expert sessions – in fact everything a business needs to grow, develop or change.”
Business Growth Week runs from 24th of February to 1st of March at the Craigmonie Hotel, Annfield Road, Inverness.
